Our state-of-the-art facility has 24-hour camera surveillance and operates with an unbroken chain of custody to ensure the total security of your documents. With complete controlled access, only authorized employees are allowed in the holding and document destruction area. Visitors are only allowed in the facility when accompanied by an authorized staff member.
How it Works
Secure shred bins are left at your facility for the direct deposit of sensitive documents by employees. Multiple bins are available for strategic placement to allow for greater facility coverage and ease of use. Our staff will assist you in determining the best workable solution to whatever space, access, and economic constraints you may have.
The only persons with key entry access to the shred bins are the route driver, your specified overseeing employee, and the destruction supervisor in our plant. In addition to an extensive pre-employment Federal background check and drug screen, all Amplify employees are required to undergo annual screening. Amplify’s route trucks are locked during transportation and only opened during the bin loading and unloading process. The trucks are never left unattended while open and are constantly monitored with a GPS system.
Amplify provides both On-site (mobile) and Off-site (plant based) destruction options depending on your preference. Amplify provides a certificate of destruction stating your documents have been shredded and disposed of properly.
